These Terms of Service govern your use of AbiEdu (abiedu.app). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
AbiEdu is a bilingual educational platform for kids and students. It provides study materials, practice exercises, progress tracking, achievements, real-time chat, challenge mode, and optional AI-powered features.
You need an email address to create an account. Parents should create accounts for children under 13. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account.
AbiEdu offers a Free tier with all core learning features, a Plus tier ($5/month) with AI coaching and voice features, and a School tier with custom pricing for institutions. Paid subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for partial months.
Use AbiEdu for learning. Do not use the chat or AI coach for anything harmful, offensive, or unrelated to education. Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, impersonate others, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
All educational content (lessons, exercises, images) belongs to AbiEdu. Your personal data (progress, messages, settings) belongs to you. You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the service.
AI features (study coach, voice responses, content tools) are provided as learning aids. AI responses may not always be accurate. AbiEdu is not a substitute for professional education or advice.
We aim to keep AbiEdu available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free tier users have no service level agreement. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
AbiEdu is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
